The COMPANY reserves the right to freely modify or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions from the online store whenever it deems necessary, and undertakes the obligation to inform consumers of any change through the pages of this online store. Contracts through the online store are drawn up in the Greek language.

Reproducing, republishing, uploading, announcing, disseminating or transmitting or any other use of the content in any way or medium for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written consent of the COMPANY or any other holder of real and intellectual rights. The names, images, logos and distinguishing features listed and describing the online store with the WEB 360° trademark or the products or services of the COMPANY or third parties are the property of the COMPANY or third parties respectively, protected by the relevant trademark, industrial property and copyright laws. Their use in the online store does not grant permission or the right to use them by third parties.

The user/customer agrees and undertakes to use the services, information and data of the online store as provided by law and based on the rules of good faith and commercial ethics. He is obliged not to use the online store with the Web 360° brand for:

1. send, publish, send by e-mail or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal for any reason, causes illegal offense and harm to the COMPANY or any third party or violates the confidentiality or privacy of any person’s information

2. sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or transmitting in other ways any content that offends users’ morals, social values, minors, etc.

3. upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any content for which users are not entitled disclosure as required by law or applicable contracts (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered in confidentiality agreements);

4. send, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any third party of any kind

5. send, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or impair the operation of equipment any computer software or hardware

6. intentional or unintentional violation of applicable laws or regulations

7. harassing third parties in any way

8. collect or store personal data about other users

The links included in the online store lead to pages of the store or in some cases lead the user to go from it (online store) to websites of third party providers, businesses, etc. These linked websites are not under the control of the COMPANY and the COMPANY bears no responsibility for the contents of any such website or any link contained in a linked website, or any changes or updates to such websites. COMPANY is not responsible for internet broadcasts or any form of transmission received from any linked website. The COMPANY provides these links in its online store, only to facilitate the use of the online store, their use is not mandatory for the visitor/customer and the fact that they are included in the online store does not indicate that the COMPANY approves or accepts the content their.

The COMPANY’s online store reserves the right to change prices without prior notification to the customer. If the cash on delivery method is chosen as the payment method, then the final price will be adjusted according to the costs of the cash on delivery.

We inform you that in the event of any dispute arising from the transaction between us for the resolution of which, you are obliged to send us a relevant written request and if we do not manage to reach a common agreement between us, you have the option of turning to the Online Dispute Resolution platform, at webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/ which is directly linked to the competent independent “Consumer Ombudsman” Authority (http://www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr). On this platform you can submit a request to resolve the dispute, in which case our company can then be called by the competent Authority at the email address info@web360.com.gr.

We also bring to your attention that our Company recognizes in good faith the advisory nature of the decisions of the Authority to be taken and is not committed to the enforceability of these decisions. In the event of a non-conciliatory resolution of the dispute through the HED platform, the civil courts of the prefecture of Corinthia, i.e. the company’s headquarters, are responsible for exclusive jurisdiction.

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification. This “grace period” ends 14 days after the date of receipt of the products (or the conclusion of a service contract).

1 In accordance with the provisions of article 4 par. 10 of Law 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A’/November 16, 1994) in conjunction with the Joint Ministerial Decision (K.Y.A.Z1-891/30.8.2013), the consumer has the right to withdraw without reason from the remote purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days. In this context, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of physical receipt, you have the option of returning the purchased products only as long as they are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, within their sales packaging and provided that they are accompanied by all necessary documents proving your transaction. The costs for returning products via post, courier or transport company to the Web 360° site are not covered by the company and are borne entirely by the sender/customer. 

It is pointed out that when returning the product, the responsibility for its loss, damage or destruction rests with the customer until the product is received by the company. Before any return, it is recommended to contact the company’s Customer Service department first.

As long as you return the product and contact the company, then any amount paid by you will be returned to you through the bank account through which you made the payment or, in the case of cash on delivery, through the account you indicate to us.

If you choose to change the product, and provided that the above conditions are met, then the difference between the price of the original product and the price of the product you received as a change is paid by whichever trading party arises.

Returns or changes that do not meet the above conditions are not accepted by our company.

The products made available by WEB 360° are durable products that carry all the necessary certification of safe operation. The products are accompanied by written instructions for use (except for easy-to-use products), in Greek and English.
